Session Length Option

An abbreviated version of the class can be done in four hours with more complete coverage and with considerably more skill building and action planning offered in a full day session.


Advanced Preparation

To enhance your level of learning to performance, we ask you to complete preparatory work in advance of the course. This includes completing a self or multi-rater assessment and reading a research-based article on the business value of coaching.
