Partners in Development and Learn Associates are proud to offer a curriculum of results-oriented leadership and management courses, and workshops that blend outcomes-based research with practical solutions. Our courses are designed to ensure that learning translates into performance and that leader performance translates into organizational results. All courses provide significant opportunities for involvement, interaction, and performance improvement. All include numerous skill building exercises, case study analyses, video analyses and action planning.


Our Approach

Instructor-led courses are offered as half day (4-hour), full day (7 to 8 hours) and longer sessions with more complete coverage of topics and considerably advanced skills building. All courses feature a variety of techniques to ensure that participants have a motivating, positive learning experience. Many courses are also offered as instructor-led, highly interactive, virtual e-learning workshops that can be delivered to leaders and employees anywhere in the world. All e-learning courses use Partners in Development IT tools, servers, and support. This eliminates the need for reliance on your technology or support staff. Expert Facilitation

Each course is facilitated by an expert who has content expertise, practical business experience, and knowledge of workplace learning and performance. Facilitators not only present and manage the course content, they engage participants in discussions, case studies, skill practices, and simulations. Facilitators are also available for one-on-one coaching.
