Our Approach

Our Trainer’s Institute is a curriculum of courses designed to grow workplace learning and performance talent for you and your organization. The overall goal of the Trainer's Institute is to elevate the knowledge, skills and performance levels of individuals charged with advancing the learning and development of others. Organizations that do not have internal staff that specialize in learning and development will find the Trainer’s Institute a fast track to building proficiency among team members charged with training. The curriculum contains key components of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) workplace learning and performance model. To read a brief summary of each course, visit Trainer's Institute Courses.

For over ten years, Partners in Development and Learn Associates have offered Trainer's Institutes to a wide variety of companies and organizations—ranging from Fortune 100 companies to federal and state offices to small non-profits. Our team designs institutes for the novice to the most experienced workplace learning and performance professional, as well as subject matter experts. We customize every Trainer's Institute to meet the specific needs of each organization. The delivery schedule can range from one day to a full week of sessions or a series of sessions offered over time. We pride ourselves on delivering results-based learning solutions that make a difference in the lives of trainers, subject matter experts and employees.
