How You Will Benefit After successfully completing Building Influence & Credibility, participants will be able to:
![]() Building Influence & Credibility can serve as an excellent "starter" session in a leadership curriculum and is often combined with other Partners in Development courses. This course can be customized to address specific organizational needs for beginning, seasoned, or advanced leaders as well as for emerging leaders. Session Length Option This course is delivered in either a 4-hour or full-day session with a more complete coverage of topic and considerably advanced skills building offered in the full day session. The course is also offered as an instructor-led, five week blended e-learning course. Advanced Preparation To enhance the level of learning to performance, we ask participants to complete basic preparatory work in advance of the course. This includes completing a brief leadership style assessment and reading an acclaimed article on defining the roles and challenges of managers and leaders.
