This workshop provides organizational leaders and team members a structured method to approach, discuss, and resolve ethical issues, problems, and dilemmas. Several ethical decision-making processes are discussed with case study analyses to promote ethical decision-making as a cornerstone of one's personal and organizational work. The session also focuses on how leaders build integrity and credibility to enhance ethical decision making, productivity and results.

Session Length Options

This course is delivered in either a four-hour or full day session with a more complete coverage of the topic and considerably more skill building offered in the full day session. The course has been approved for the mandated ethics requirement of CPAs in Iowa.

Advanced Preparation

To enhance the level of learning to performance, participants may complete basic preparatory work in advance of the session. This includes completing a self- or multi-rater Ethics Awareness Inventory and reading a research-based article on ethical behavior in the workplace.
