EMPLOYEES KEYBOARD COACHING

People cannot be held accountable; they can only choose to be accountable. Accountability is the natural outcome of a person deciding to take responsibility for something.

Face-to-Face, Instructor-Led Courses
Accountability for Results

At every level of every organization, projects begin, tasks are assigned, efforts are made, and deadlines are met - or missed. Directions are given but employees don't understand them. Deliverables are promised but not delivered. Agreements are misunderstood or never made. It is not really anyone's fault - it's just part of how leaders often fail to communicate in a specific and clear manner about the tasks they assign or accept.

Accountability for Results offers a systematic way for leaders to help individuals and teams accept responsibility to plan and complete tasks at the expected performance level, leading to employee satisfaction, and increased return on investment (ROI). The Accountability for Results Process serves as the course foundation and guides participants through the steps that enable leaders, individuals, and teams to achieve reliable and repeatable results.

Several Questions This Course
Will Cover

    • How do leaders create an environment of engagement and accountability?

    • What can leaders do to ensure that individuals and teams accept accountability for completing projects on time and on target?

    • Is a leader communicating tasks that are clearly defined, time based, and measurable?

    • When should leaders create check points to ensure that projects do not get off target?

    • How do leaders close projects and add to the knowledge base of the organization and the confidence level of employees?

    • When do leaders recognize and reward performance so it translates to model behavior?
